The Best Day to Conceive

Sunday, October 25th, 2009

It is common knowledge that the best day to get pregnant is the day of ovulation, which occurs 14 days after your period. Couples that use this method of counting days will get pregnant, but only if the cycle is exactly 28 days long.

This is because there is a common mistake in counting the days. The day of ovulation is actually 14 days BEFORE the next period, and not 14 days after the last one.

Since regular cycles may range from 25 to 35 days, many couples miss the ovulation day and seem infertile. If one’s cycle is 30 days long then the ovulation day is the 16th from the last period. If the cycle is 25 days long, the ovulation day is 11th from the last period, and if counting 14 days, you miss the ovulation every single cycle!

So, how do you find the ovulation day and what is the best strategy to get pregnant? First, you have to keep track on the length of your cycle. Check for two or three months to see it’s consistent in length.

On the day of your period, mark your calendar with the estimated date of your next period and then count 14 days back. This is your estimates ovulation day. We’ll call it the “O Day“. Now, the best strategy to use this information requires the cooperation of your partner. You should have intercourse on O Day minus 6, O Day minus 2 and on the O Day itself.

Now, let me tell you about each of these three intercourses… The first intercourse is to get rid of old sperm cells and start building fresh sperm cells for the second intercourse. This will not get you pregnant and you should both enjoy it… The second time, two days before the O Day, brings fresh sperm into action and it is recommended that both of you have an orgasm. The female’s orgasm actually “sucks” the semen from the vagina into the womb and brings it closer to its encounter with the egg… Healthy sperm cell can live up to 3 days inside the female reproductive system. The third intercourse is a backup; just to make sure these is fresh sperm ready to meat the egg. Here again it is recommended that the female will have an orgasm.

In both the second and third intercourse, the woman should stay on her back, preferably with he legs raised so that gravity will be able to help bring the semen closer to its destination. If your cycle is not regular, you can still use this strategy. Find out the average of your last three cycles, and use that to count to the next estimated period and count back 14 days from it.

This method alone helped a lot of couples with “unexplained infertility” get pregnant within 2-3 months. I hope it will be the same with you.

Fertility and the Butterfly Effect

Sunday, October 25th, 2009

Did you hear about the butterfly effect? Wikipedia describes the Butterfly Effect as a phrase that encapsulates the more technical notion of sensitive dependence on initial conditions in chaos theory. Small variations of the initial condition of a dynamical system may produce large variations in the long term behavior of the system. (1.)

Talking about fertility, any change in the initial conditions can bring to success in getting pregnant. Smoking, caffeine, alcohol, overweight, stress, excessive exercise, poor diet, and other causes that may result in infertility, all have a certain amount of influence on the outcome.

The use of the butterfly effect in fertility is divided to two parts. The first part is cutting the habits that lower the chances for pregnancy and the other part is adding to what increase the chances of getting pregnant. It is one thing to remove the causes of infertility but it is a completely different thing to do things that promote fertility.

In our minds, stopping to do something is passive and does not require commitment. That means that quit smoking is considered by our minds as something that does not create the required commitment to getting pregnant. You need not only stop doing old things – You must start doing new things that reflect your commitment to achieve your goal.

I mentioned above what to avoid, but what to do to promote fertility?

First – Relax!

A recent research shows that increased levels of stress and tension may lead to reducing the infertility in women after the breach of they Menstrual cycle, and even in some cases to prevent the egg left completely.

Eat right!

Healthy foods help preparing your body for pregnancy. Foods with lots of vitamin C, E, A and B will also help. Foods with minerals like Selenium and Zink, all improve fertility. I discussed this is one of my previous emails, titled “Eating to Conceive”.

Drink fresh water!

The most important thing you can do to improve your fertility is probably to drink lots of fresh water. Our body is made of 70% water and by drinking over 2 liters (64 ounces), we can help our body clean itself from toxics, which in turn, which in turns helps to boost the immune system.

Keep in mind that most of the above relates to both women and men.

The Truth About Infertility

Sunday, October 25th, 2009

There is no single truth about infertility and pregnancy but there is one truth any couple trying to get pregnant should know about.

The truth is that doctors don’t like failures – they like successes. They look good in their resume.

The meaning of this is that if the odds of a couple to get pregnant are low, the doctors will tell them they can’t have a baby and will not “fight” for them, unless they are getting paid real good…

In addition, doctors will usually treat the body while the problem may be hidden somewhere else, somewhere doctors and conventional medicine don’t get into.

Add to this the fact that most couples will take the doctors words for granted, and you get something very disturbing; couples that are sure they can’t get pregnant, something that in many cases may bring to separation.

When turning to alternative treatments you may see a completely different picture. Here the two are treated as a single unit – parents-to-be. The treatment is usually focused on the mind and spirit before turning to take care of the body. The aim of these treatments is to create a healthy environment where a pregnancy can occur and a baby can develop.

Now all needs to be done is to do everything required. And I mean EVERYTHING.

There are many factors that cause delay in getting pregnant, each increase the odds and when dealing with infertility, every percent counts.

Now you need to ask yourself, “Am I really ready to do what needed to be done in order to become a parent?”

Stop reading and think about this question for a moment…

Now that you have your answer, either close your browser or click the link below to take action. You’ll be taken to a site where you can join a mailing list and receive plenty of useful information that will help you in your path to become a parent.

Good luck on your journey.

Yoga For Conception

Sunday, October 25th, 2009

There’s a new ebook out called “Yoga For Conception” written by a Certified Yoga instructor who had trouble getting

pregnant and turned to Yoga relaxation techniques to help her get pregnant.

If you’re stressed, anxious, and depressed about trying to get pregnant, I think it’ll really help you.

Here’s a review of the ebook and program:

PROS:

1) All-natural help, no drugs or herbs to take that might have side effects on you or anything

2) Proven to help: It’s scientifically proven that stress inhibits fertility. Yoga is a proven stress reliever, and these specific techniques helped the author get pregnant.

3) Free to do: As long as you can find a quiet spot, doing Yoga doesn’t cost anything.

4) Not time-consuming: Yoga gets a lot done in a short amount of time. These Yoga techniques can be done in as little as 15 minutes, and you’ll feel better all day.

5) It can help whether you’re already familiar with Yoga or not. It’s easy to understand for beginners, and also provides effective techniques for those already familiar with Yoga.

6) 60-Day no questions asked money-back guarantee While this ebook is responsibily written and very helpful, it’s good to know that if you don’t think it’s right for you, that you can get your money back without a hassle.

CONS:

1) The only technique for increasing your chances of getting pregnant are through Yoga and meditation techniques.

Obviously, there are other factors, like timing your ovulation, eating a healthy diet and taking supplements, etc.

Those other factors aren’t covered in this ebook, but then again, that’s why it’s called “Yoga For Conception”, and I’m guessing you already know you should be eating a healthy diet and taking supplements.

Getting rid or your stress and anxiety isn’t so easy, and that’s where this ebook/program can help, highly recommended, check it out now by clicking the banner below:

The Getting Pregnant Bible

Sunday, October 25th, 2009

So you are thinking about getting pregnant? You probably think that it is just a matter of time, and that there is nothing special involved in having a baby right? After all, women all over the world get pregnant every day and have babies every day – so it cannot be that hard. Well, there is actually a lot more that goes into getting pregnant and having a baby than you might think. And, there are thousands of sites out there on the web that try to make some money off of women who want to get pregnant by promising that they will get pregnant if they use their method or their herbs or the like.

Well, the Getting Pregnant Bible is not one of these sites.

In the Getting Pregnant Bible, the writer makes no false promises or claims that her book will get you pregnant by simply doing a specific thing. In fact, it actually takes you through the whole process of getting pregnant (yes, there is a process). It starts with the basics, such as speaking to your doctor and your eating habits, then moves on to more complex areas of pregnancy, such as fertility treatments and what Dad-to-be can to do help the process.

Believe it or not, there are thousands of different factors that go into getting pregnant that can effect both the time it takes to get pregnant and how healthy you will be during the pregnancy. In the Getting Pregnant Bible, you will find several different tips on changing your diet and exercise routine to help you be as healthy as possible before, during, and after you become pregnant to help make pregnancy easier on you, and the baby. The writer goes through some of the best foods that you can eat and which ones you should avoid, including some types of salads, to help ensure that you are getting the most nutrients and vitamins out of the foods that you eat.

While there are some parts in this ebook that you can easily find on the web, such as how to calculate your ovulation cycle and how age effects getting pregnant, these parts are still very well written and you can learn a lot from them as well. Readers will find that all of the sections of this ebook are well written and well researched to provide the best information that you can get on getting pregnant.

But, I have to admit – from a mother’s standpoint – one of my favorite parts of this book is the section titled “Humor for Those That are Trying to Conceive”. I have been through these things and wondered what the heck was going on as well, so this section is extremely funny to me. If you have not had a child before, then this section might not seem as funny to you, but it will later on down the road. Trust me.

To women who are trying to get pregnant, I would recommend the Getting Pregnant Bible to you as a great guide to follow during the process. You can learn a lot from this ebook, even if you have had children before, I know that I did. So, I am going to give the Getting Pregnant Bible a solid 5 out of 5 stars since it is a solid read that doesn’t make any false claims.
